CoolMaster 300 Shaped Coolant Hose管产品特点：
l coolMaster 300 Shaped Coolant Hose成型硅胶弯管，用于用于重型货车散热器，为需要特定角度转弯、空间受限的冷却系统设计。
l 结构：L型弯头，用于连接发动机舱内互不成直线的管路。
l 多层增强：采用高性能硅胶，内部嵌入了3层或4层聚酯织物（Polyester） 增强层，这种结构确保软管在弯曲部位也能保持高的形状稳定性，不会在压力下鼓胀或塌陷。
l 壁厚均匀：成型工艺保证了弯角处的壁厚与直段一致，消除了结构薄弱点。
l 工作温度：-54至177度（聚酯加强标准款）
l 爆破压力：0.34至3.29 Mpa（根据管内径不同）
l 应用：
a) 散热器连接：用于重型卡车、公共汽车或高性能赛车中，连接散热器进出水口与固定钢管。
b) 中冷器管路：在空间局促的进气系统中作为转向连接件。
c) 发电机组：由于硅胶具有优异的抗震性能，常用于工业发电机的冷却循环系统，吸收发动机振动。
l 行业标准：符合或超过SAE J20 Class A规范
l 注意：
a) 不可切裁，由于是成型管，长度是固定的，通常每侧为152毫米
b) 严禁输送燃油，不耐汽油或柴油，限冷却液和空气。
